Sardines.

When most people think of sardines, the words that come to mind are usually "smelly", "salty", "fish"... I must admit that I'm not a big fan of sardines myself.

But when Shanty Creek thinks of sardines, it usually means "lots of skiers and boarders stuffed into a car". Let me explain...

The Sardine Special goes way back... a Shanty Creek tradition, as a matter of fact.  But it's been a while and this year, we thought we couldn't let another snowsports season pass by without doing it again.

On the Martin Luther King Holiday (Monday, January 19), $50 will pay for entire carload of people to ski/board for an entire day.

Let's do the math, shall we?
  5 people in the car = $10 per person
10 people in the car = $5 per person
25 people in the car = $2 per person

So, we would suggest getting creative and stuffing as many people as you can into a car, van, truck, bus or RV and heading over to Schuss Mountain! The more people you can stuff into a vehicle, the more you save! We're also offering some great overnight rates for your entourage too. Hope to see you on the slopes!
