Human Resources Assistant – The Human Resources Department is looking for candidates to fill the position of Human Resources Assistant. This critical position will work hand in hand with the Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources Coordinator to manage the HR functions of the resort.
Candidates should have strong computer and office skills (with particular emphasis in Microsoft Word/Excel/Access) coupled with the ability to effectively communicate both one on one and in group settings. The ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments are critical to this position as well. Those candidates with experience and/or education in Human Resources Management will be given top priority.
This position will be posted both internally and externally, but qualified internal candidates will be given strong consideration.
