The staff at Shanty Creek Resort recognize the importance of providing excellent guest service, something we’ve been recognized and awarded for by travel and tourism publications. Beyond the recreational opportunities and awe-inspiring landscapes and scenery at Shanty Creek, guests can also expect the following guest services:
- Transportation: Our fleet of shuttles will get you from village to village, pro shop to pro shop, and mountain to mountain. Plus we make the roundtrip into Bellaire to broaden your Shanty Creek experience. Traditional stops include The Lakeview Hotel, Cedar River Suites, Ivan’s at Schuss Village, the Day Lodge at Schuss Mountain, and downtown Bellaire.
- Swimming Pools: Shanty Creek has both year-round and seasonal pools including an indoor and outdoor pool at The Lakeview Hotel, a heated outdoor pool at Cedar River Suites, and an indoor pool at Schuss Village.
- Fitness Center: The Fitness Center located inside The Lakeview Hotel has a full selection of cardio equipment, free weights, and complete Nautilus system.
- Front Desk Concierge: Our front desks are staffed 24/7 to help you with check-ins, answer your questions, and assist with virtually any request.
- Security: While we don’t want there to be incidents or emergencies, we are prepared for when something arises. Our trained staff of security agents patrol all villages of the resort each night.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Our daily guest services include housekeeping and building maintenance staff to be sure your stay is clean and comfortable. If you need to request housekeeping or maintenance staff, see a front desk agent.
